SHIPPING CHARGES


UK shipping charges are £2.95 Royal Mail 1st class (1-3 working days)
Royal Mail Special Delivery is available upon request.
International:
Europe: £4.45 GBP
Rest of World: £5.95 GBP
International orders are shipped using standard Airmail, unless otherwise requested. Delivery time to international destinations varies, however we generally advise to allow approx 10-14 working days.


DELIVERY SCHEDULE

CyberloxShop offers a range of products, some of which have a longer delivery time.
Delivery times are as follows:
Pre-Made Cyberlox/Hair Falls, Tubular Crin (of any size), Merino Roving Wool and all accessories will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Custom made Cyberlox/Hair Falls - Please allow up to 14 working day for these to be created and shipped. However, the majority of orders will be despatched considerably sooner. We will keep you informed and updated of any relevant information regarding your order.

Please note that orders of goods of a large amount may need to be signed for upon receipt. If you require a special courier delivery, this can be arranged (depending on the day) Please contact us at info@cyberloxshop.co.uk for more information.


PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept payment through PayPal, Google Checkout or Mail Order (cheque or postal order made payable to CyberloxShop), Cash (ONLY in £ GBP, concealed and sent to us via Special Delivery - we cannot be held responsible if you do not choose registered mail and your payment gets lost.)


MINIMUM ORDERS

We do not ask for a minimum order. We are happy to ship even the smallest orders. Standard shipping charges apply.


RETURNS POLICY

If, when you receive your order you deem the items to be 'unsuitable', we can accept returns on the items PROVIDED they are in the original, resale-able condition you received them in. If you receive your order, then decide to use it, or wear it then decide to contact us about returning the item, we will not accept the return and the item will be sent back to you. We will not refund any shipping charges on any items returned to us which are not faulty.
Unwanted goods may only be returned under the following conditions:
- All items are in their original condition.
- All items are unused & have their original tags/labels attached (if applicable)
- Return is made within 10 days of receipt of the goods AFTER prior contact with us via our email info@cyberloxshop.co.uk.

If when you receive your order and you believe there to be a defect, and would like to return the item, we will be happy to issue a refund/replacement. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence in some cases.

We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange on items which, on examination, do not fulfill these conditions.

When returning goods, you will need to enclose the special returns form which we will send you if we are happy for you to return your item. Any return without this form completed will be returned to you.

We will not be able to issue any postage costs as way of refund until we have received the item in question and assessed it. If we deem the item to be faulty then we will be able to refund reasonable postage costs only. We will not refund any courier delivered items.

For hygeine reasons we are unable to accept the return of Goggles, Cyberlox, Clip in Fringes/ Any item made from human or synthetic hair.

DISCLOSURES

None of the images or photos used on this website may be copied without prior written permission. All of the images we use are the property of CyberloxShop. Customer gallery photos remain the property of the customer in question and have been used with prior consent.


LAW

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
