Refund policy
We are fully confident that you will be completely satisfied with our products and our service. However, if in the unlikely event that you are unhappy, or you would like to return at item for another reason you can do so under the following terms:
Faulty items:
We will always endeavour to carefully package and secure every single item we ship with the utmost care and attention to ensure every parcel despatched from our warehouse arrives in great condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or defected, or the item is not what you ordered we have the following options:
If you believe your item may be faulty or has defects kindly contact our friendly customer services team via info@cyberloxshop.co.uk and inform them of details of why you believe the item is faulty. You may also like to send photographs of any relevant issues such as damage to the item in question as this may help our team process your enquiry. If your item is faulty, we will be happy to replace it provided it is deemed to be faulty.
If you believe that the item you have received is not what you ordered from us, kindly contact our friendly customer service team via info@cyberloxshop.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange for you to return the item and have it replaced or refunded accordingly.
You can return non custom items up to 30 days after purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted items
If you have changed your mind or you are unhappy with your item on receipt, you can return it to us after contacting our friendly customer service team via info@cyberloxshop.co.uk. You must return the item within 30 days and ensure that it arrives with us in an unused condition with no parts missing. Once your return has been received by our returns team, it will be processed usually within 7 working days. This does not count weekends. We will endeavour to refund or replace as per your instructions. Please remember to include your name, address and order number with your return and see that it is as well packaged as it was when you received it from us.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund or replace custom made items.
