This marley braid is available at a much lower price because the hair has a loose consistency. In general, the strands aren't as crimped as they should be in traditional marley braid.  They are much straighter and separated at the top / middle sections, but the ends are still crimped as normal.

This hair can still be used for various styles but would need some backcombing as a large proportion of the hair strands are quite straight and loose. We would recommend that it is best used in synthetic dread making for those looking to make shorter dreads than would be possible with standard length jumbo braid (which is approx 50 inches).
