Yes. Stretching jumbo braid simply means creating a natural taper rather than leaving blunt-cut ends.

To stretch the hair, remove it from the packaging and take off the centre elastic. Hold one end loosely and gently pull small amounts of hair out by about an inch or less. Keep a loose grip near the ends so the hair doesn’t unravel. Repeat on the other side until a natural taper is achieved.

Once finished, brush through gently with a wide-tooth comb and re-secure the elastic in the centre until you’re ready to use the hair. We recommend doing this over a table or surface for ease.

LA Trend jumbo braid is easy to backcomb and has a low heat resistance, making it suitable for sealing using hot water or steam.
